Teaching Practice Master-Class (TPM)
TPM is a well-packaged certified training program for pre-service teachers, designed by experienced professionals in education and other social science related occupations. It is aimed at preparing the candidates with prerequisite skills, knowledge, and exposure needed for smooth experience and great performance in the teaching duty as new entrants. It is a detailed course addressing their possible fears, skills & knowledge gaps, and underexposure about career possibilities in education. It is also designed to boost the career-esteem of pre-service educators and increase teachers' professionalism.
